REFORMER ROOTS
This class forms the foundation that accelerates your progress in all formats, helping you feel stronger and more confident in movement within weeks. Core Currents, is our signature Hot Mat Pilates class practiced in a heated room. This progressive series builds heat gradually through controlled, purposeful movement—enhancing mobility, core power, and postural strength. Expect a steady, grounded pace that challenges both body and focus.
A large towel is required for class—bring your own or hire one at the studio.

CORE CURRENTS
Over 8 to 12 weeks, this class strengthens core stability and movement efficiency you will feel in your everyday posture and daily activity. It is a well-rounded class that focuses on refining technique, mastering the fundamentals, and keeping the endorphins flowing, look no further. Additionally, this class is beginner and pre-natal friendly. We request that grip socks be worn at all times on the reformer. You may bring your own or purchase them in studio.
Warm Waves is a Pilates mat class in a cozy, warm room—never hot. Move from your centre, with breath guiding every push, pull and pulse, letting your body wake, lengthen, and strengthen. Flow through sequences that are strong yet mindful, powerful yet grounded, leaving you energized, present, and fully embodied.
Expect: controlled strength work, intentional breath, and a warm, powerful flow. DON'T FORGET TO BRING A LARGE TOWEL, WHICH IS MANDATORY FOR THE CLASS. YOU CAN EITHER BRING YOUR OWN OR HIRE ONE AT THE STUDIO.

Somatic STRETCH
A gentle, grounding class designed to help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body from the inside out.
Through guided breathwork, mindful movement, supported stretching and fascia release, you’ll explore where your body is holding tension and give it space to release—without force or pressure. please note, this class is not heated,
storm STREngth
The class that builds muscular endurance and whole‑body stability over time so clients feel stronger, steadier, and more resilient week to week. Hot Storm Strength is a strength-focused mat Pilates class set in a heated room, designed to build deep muscle endurance and control. Through deliberate movements and mindful breath, this class channels the steady power of a storm—grounding, strengthening, and energizing your entire body. While props like dumbbells may be used, true strength in this class comes from within—not the equipment. A large towel is required for class—bring your own or hire one at the studio.
